Terms of Service
3.1 User Responsibility: You understand and agree that before Junediga performs diagnostic repair on your computer or other equipment that service is requested, it is your responsibility to back up the data, software, programs, or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that Junediga shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or corruption of data and/or software, and hardware failures. Junediga may update the Terms of Service at any time without your notice. Please keep informed.3.2 Scheduling: Services outside of area or outside of Emporia City Limits or business time may incur an additional charge. 3.3 Services: Due to complications in communication, lingo, and knowledge, Junediga does not service equipment, perform training, or dispense advice over the phone.
3.4 Customer over the age of 18 must be present when technician arrives at premises and must remain present the entire session. For some services the labor per hour starts when technician is on site. If you need to cancel an appointment a two hour notice is required before the scheduled appointment, or a cancellation fee of 65.00 will be assessed.
3.5 Junediga Technicians must have access to the computer(s) and any applicable devices. A safe environment must be maintained at all times, if however a Junediga technician determines that the conditions are not safe at any time, the tech has the right to refuse service and leave immediately. Junediga will refund partial or whole fee(s) not to include transportation(s) fees.
3.6 Junediga will not be held liable for the inability to use the repaired equipment by the customer(s) regarding the equipment, installing of other services and devices that may or do impact the original repair process. It is not the technician's duty, job, or responsibility to train the customer or users to use the repaired equipment. Junediga will not be liable for frustrations, or lack of inability to use equipment.
3.7 Release of Liability: By signing this form or using any of our services you agree to release and hold harmless Junediga and its employees against any loss, liability, or damage(s) that you, the owner(s), user(s), friends and/or family or lessee(s) may suffer. This includes but is not limited to data loss, previous damage (damage not caused by Junediga techs), or lack of function in any service or element of your computer system and/or peripherals and/or other equipment as a result of Junediga Technicians.
3.8 Please note that other manufactures may have different Terms of Service, and it is your responsibility to educate yourself. Products ordered through or by Junediga may have their own warranty, customer(s) may have to resort to other product warranties for repair, RMA, or other services not supported by Junediga.
3.9 Changing orders: Any product that expires, or looses value of 10% or more within the first year will not be refundable. Examples include but not limited to operating systems, beta software, and computer equipment. Open or installed software are not refundable.
4.0 Refunds: If a refund has been granted Junediga, Junediga may at its sole discretion refund in the original manner or may refund the full amount by check, direct deposit, credit card, papal, western union, or other means. Any shipping or fright charges over 5.00 will not be refundable and will be subtracted from the refund total. Software issues are not refuldable.
4.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service please call us at (620) 343-4827. *We warranty our service for 30 days from completion date to exclude software issues.
