In some cases a computer needs to be cleaned up. This includes removing extra software, improving startups and shutdowns, diagnosing slow performance and other issues. Junediga Technicians offer the ability to repair the issues at the computer location, or take to the shop. Junediga also performs a FREE hardware and software inspection.

Junediga will send technicians to pick up the computer system. Once it has been repaired at our shop we can have the computer delivered and connected to it's devices free of charge.

Pick-up and Drop-off (surrounding cities)

Junediga will send out technicians to disassemble the computer, take it back to the shop and once repaired drop off the computer and have everything up and running. Hourly charge starts when the technician leaves the shop and ends when technician arrives. Hourly rate starts again when technician leaves for the shop, and ends when technician arrives.

Share files, printers, music & videos and more by networking. Junediga technicians can diagnose what needs to be done to have any devices and computer(s) on a wireless network. Junediga technicians will install the wireless equipment, configure network, and implement security.

Removal of spyware and virus can be tricky because they are designed to be evasive. Our technicians have experience removing these nasty pests so they will not harm your computer, hijack your home page, or track and report personal data to other companies. We also complement this service by installing several other programs that keep your computer virus and spyware free.

Our experience with technology gets much deeper then just computer systems. Junediga technicians can advise on what camera, phone, pda or other devices to purchase. Then install and configure the device to the computer. This service includes a mini tutorial in which we show you how to use the device and how to connect it to your computer.

Example: Emily purchases a camera after consulting with Junediga technicians. Emily purchases the camera and calls Junediga, a technician installs and configures the camera to connect to her computer system, then shows her how to use the camera, transfer pictures, and email or save pictures to a cd.

Tutorials training in Microsoft Software *NEW

Junediga technicians offer training in the following programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point. We also provide training for XP and Vista: using an operating system, using the search feature or browsing the internet, etc. With this service Junediga technicians can write instructions down, or take screen shots (pictures) of every step so the customer can repeat the processes in the future.

Many customers have trouble ordering computer systems on the internet due to companies offering more and more choices, using technological lingo, more services, or difficulty understanding the representative(s). At Junediga we believe life should be easier so we have added this new and exciting service. A dedicated Junediga tech will assist a customer throughout the entire ordering process, helping choose the hardware and software that is best suited for the customers needs.

Example: John would like to purchase a desktop computer for his son going to college in the fall so he calls Junediga for help. A dedicated Junediga tech assists him through the whole ordering process. John can choose to have our technicians design a specific Junediga System or choose from other available companies. Either way, John gets the best computer system for his son.

Back up files and folders & setup automatic backup of files and important documentation.

Hard drives are the piece of equipment inside the computer that stores all the programs, pictures, videos and data. In our experience a backup is essential because we have seen computer systems fail that were only two weeks old due to bad hard drives or viruses. Junediga will setup an external hard drive and have it automatically backup data from the computer to the device without any user interaction.
